About Me

My career started at Emory University, where I spent 15 years growing from an executive assistant supporting the CFO through an enterprise Oracle ERP implementation to a Senior Manager overseeing business operations and multimillion-dollar research portfolios. Along the way, I earned my Bachelor's in Business Management, an MBA in Accounting, and my PMP certification — each milestone strengthening my ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.

After Emory, I brought my expertise to the private sector — leading large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementations at Mastercard, T-Mobile, Transportation Insight, and Prime Therapeutics. I've managed full-lifecycle enterprise delivery spanning financials, procurement, HCM, and analytics, always bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

One of my most valuable strengths is an instinct for process improvement. I see inefficiency and I fix it. Whether it's reengineering a broken invoice workflow, automating manual reporting with AI-powered dashboards, or building automation into repetitive operational tasks, I'm driven to make things work better, faster, and smarter. I realized that the strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills I'd spent years mastering could be amplified exponentially.
